Day 1 : Arrival in Taipei – City Orientation & Night Market Experience
Upon arrival at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, you will be warmly greeted and transferred to Taipei city (approx. 40 km / 45 minutes). After hotel check-in and some relaxation, begin your Taiwan journey with an orientation tour covering iconic landmarks such as Taipei 101 (photo stop & observatory visit), the historic Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, and the serene Longshan Temple. In the evening, immerse yourself in Taiwan’s vibrant street culture at Shilin Night Market, famous for local delicacies and shopping. Overnight stay in Taipei.
Day 2 : Taipei – Yehliu Geopark – Jiufen – Shifen Excursion
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day scenic excursion along the northern coast. Drive to Yehliu Geopark (approx. 35 km / 1 hour), renowned for its unique rock formations including the famous Queen’s Head. Continue to the charming hillside village of Jiufen (approx. 20 km / 40 minutes), known for its narrow lanes, tea houses, and stunning ocean views. Later, visit Shifen Waterfall (approx. 15 km / 30 minutes), often called the “Niagara of Taiwan,” followed by the magical experience of releasing sky lanterns at Shifen Old Street. Return to Taipei (approx. 40 km / 1 hour). Overnight stay in Taipei.
Day 3 : Taipei – Sun Moon Lake (Central Taiwan Scenic Transfer)
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Central Taiwan to the picturesque Sun Moon Lake (approx. 250 km / 4–5 hours). En route, enjoy scenic countryside views. Upon arrival, explore the tranquil beauty of the lake, visit the revered Wenwu Temple, and enjoy a relaxing boat ride (optional) across the crystal-clear waters. You can also stroll along the lakeside trails or visit Ita Thao Village to experience local culture. Overnight stay near Sun Moon Lake.
Day 4 : Sun Moon Lake – Tainan – Kaohsiung (Cultural & Coastal Journey)
Post breakfast, proceed to Tainan (approx. 140 km / 2.5 hours), the cultural capital of Taiwan. Visit historic landmarks such as Fort Zeelandia and the spiritual Confucius Temple Tainan. Continue your journey to Kaohsiung (approx. 60 km / 1 hour). Upon arrival, visit the iconic Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum, one of Taiwan’s largest Buddhist cultural centers. In the evening, enjoy a stroll at the lively Liuhe Night Market. Overnight stay in Kaohsiung.
Day 5 : Kaohsiung – Taipei (High-Speed Rail Experience)
After breakfast, explore Kaohsiung attractions including Lotus Pond, famous for the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas, and Pier-2 Art Center, a creative hub of art installations and exhibitions. Later, transfer to the station to board the high-speed train back to Taipei (approx. 350 km / 1.5–2 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy free time for shopping at Ximending or exploring local cafés. Overnight stay in Taipei.
Day 6 : Departure from Taipei
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (approx. 40 km / 45 minutes) for your onward journey. Your memorable Taiwan tour concludes with wonderful experiences of scenic landscapes, cultural heritage, and vibrant city life.
