Day 01 : Arrival in Bratislava – Cultural Immersion
Upon arrival at Bratislava Airport, transfer to your hotel and freshen up. Begin your trip with an insightful cultural walk of the Old Town. Visit St. Martin’s Cathedral, Primate’s Palace, and enjoy the relaxed ambiance of the Danube riverside. Traditional dinner at a folk restaurant.
Day 02 : Bratislava to Trenín – Castle Views & Spa Vibes
After breakfast, drive to Trenín, known for its majestic hilltop castle. Visit Trenín Castle for sweeping views and explore the historical town center. Continue to nearby Trenianske Teplice – a spa town known for healing thermal waters. Enjoy spa therapy and relax overnight.
Day 03 : Orava Castle – Žilina
Head north toward one of Slovakia’s most beautiful castles – Orava Castle, dramatically perched on a cliff above the Orava River. Explore its medieval halls and courtyards. Proceed to Žilina, a quaint town with rich culture and modern vibes. Check-in and overnight stay.
Day 04 : Terchová & Vrátna Valley – Folk & Nature
Today, visit Terchová – the birthplace of Slovak folk hero Juraj Jánošík. Immerse yourself in folk culture and continue to Vrátna Valley for an easy hike or a cable car ride offering fantastic mountain views. Return to Žilina for overnight stay.
Day 05 : Vlkolínec & Banská Bystrica
Drive to Vlkolínec, a UNESCO-listed village with traditional log houses offering a step back in time. Later, continue to Banská Bystrica – a historical mining town with vibrant architecture. Explore SNP Square and the Museum of the Slovak National Uprising. Overnight in Banská Bystrica.
Day 06 : Low Tatras – Demänovská Caves & Jasná
Depart for the Low Tatras. Visit Demänovská Cave of Liberty, one of the most beautiful caves in Europe. Continue to Jasná for alpine views and optional activities like cable car rides or e-biking. Overnight stay in the Jasná/Low Tatras region.
Day 07 : Return to Bratislava via Nitra
On your way back to Bratislava, stop at Nitra – Slovakia’s oldest city. Visit Nitra Castle, and enjoy a peaceful lunch at a vineyard or traditional countryside restaurant. Continue to Bratislava and check in for your final overnight stay.
Day 08 : Departure from Bratislava
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure with unforgettable impressions of Slovakia’s diverse landscapes and heritage.
