Day 1 : Arrival At Bergen

Arrive at Bergen international airport. You will be transfer to hotel and check in. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Bergen.

Day 2 : Bergen Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will be on your own to the departure point  for Bergen city tour by using your Bergen Card.  Make sure to visit Bryggen, the UNESCO World Heritage–listed site. Bryggen and buzzing harbor as its centre piece, Bergen climbs the hillsides with hundreds of timber-clad houses. Later you can opt  for a funicular ride up to the top of Fløyen Mountain for magnificent views of the city. Overnight in Bergen. ?

Day 3 : Bergen - Flam

After  breakfast, check out and transfer yourself on your own to Bergen Train station to take a Train from Bergen to Flam. Arrive at Flam and transfer yourself to hotel and check in. Day is free at leisure. Overnight in Flam.

Day 4 : Flam - Oslo

After breakfast, check out and  transfer yourself on your own to Flam Railway station to take a Train to Oslo. Arrive at Oslo and transfer yourself to hotel and  check in. Overnight in Oslo.

Day 5 : Oslo - Tromso

After breakfast, check out and you will be transfer to Oslo airport to board flight to Tromso. Arrive at Tromso and check in to  hotel. Later free time to explore city on your own. In the evening , you will be proceed on your own to the departure point to join a tour of  Midnight adventure in a Rib boat.  This is a great way to see the mountains, the open sea and the real arctic scenery during summer. Return back to the hotel. Overnight in Tromso.

Day 6 : Tromso Sightseeing

Tromso cable car excursion. Experience Tromsø's best view. Ride up the famous Fjellheisen cable car to take in the breathtaking view of Tromsø and its surrounding mountains, fjord and islands. The stunning views of vast Arctic landscapes with Tromsø town in its midst come alive through your  guide, who will give you a true sense of why Tromsø goes under so many nicknames, from “Paris of the North” to “Gateway to the Arctic”. Overnight in Tromso.

Day 7 : Tromso - Oslo

After breakfast, you will be transfer to  Tromso airport to board flight to Oslo. Arrive and you will be transfer to hotel and check in .Later reach at the departure point on your own for Oslo city tour which covers Viking Ship Museum (Entrance Extra), Vigeland Park, Polarship Fram Museum and Kon – Tiki Museum. Later day is free at leisure. Overnight in Oslo.

Day 8 : Departure

After breakfast, you will be transfer to Oslo airport to board flight back to India with wonderful memories of your tour. ?

• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Service Tax & Travel Insurance.

• Surcharges applicable (especially during Christmas, New Year etc).

• For package quote hotels room category will be in base category only unless specified.
• Cancellation Policy Will Be Applicable As Per Hotel & Transporter’s Terms & Conditions Only & General Cancellation Policy Will Be As Under :-
  45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour / service cost.
  15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour / service cost.
  07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour / service cost.
  48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
• Written Cancellation Will Accept On All Working Days, Except Sunday, Any Cancellation Sent On Sunday's Will Be Considered On Next Working Day (Monday).
• Child Above 12 Years Will Be Considered As Adult Only.
• Payment Terms : 50% Payment For Confirmation & Balance 50% Payment Before 20 Days Prior To The Departure Date, If Service Falling Within 20 Days Then 100% Advance Payment At The Time Of Confirmation.
• T-Permit Vehicle Terms & Conditions Applicable State Wise.
• Air Conditions & Loud Music In Vehicle Will Not Be Allowed During Travel In Hilly Regions.
• Hotels Rooms Confirmation Is Subject To Availability.
• If Above Quote Hotels Not Available Then Similar Hotels Options Will Be Offered.
• Hotel Check Inn & Check Out Policy Will Be Applicable, Rooms Will Not Be Allotted Before Check Inn Timings Of Hotel.
• To Confirm The Above Package Written Confirmation Is Required By Email/ Text Message.
• In Case Of Unforeseen Contingencies Such As Landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances (Strikes), Etc. Company Management Will Not Be Responsible & Will Try To Help Guest As Much As Possible.
