Day 01 : Arrival at Valletta – Transfer to St Julian's

Welcome to Malta! Upon arrival at Valletta International Airport, you’ll be warmly received and transferred to your hotel in St Julian’s, one of Malta’s most vibrant coastal towns. En route, enjoy glimpses of Malta’s scenic beauty and traditional limestone architecture. Check-in and unwind. In the evening, take a leisurely walk along the Spinola Bay promenade, lined with seaside restaurants and charming cafés. If you're up for it, explore Paceville, the nightlife hub of Malta, known for its buzzing energy and entertainment. Overnight stay in St Julian’s.

Day 02 : Explore Valletta – Malta’s Regal Capital

After breakfast, embark on a guided day tour of Valletta, Malta’s UNESCO-listed capital city. Begin at the majestic Upper Barrakka Gardens offering panoramic views of the Grand Harbour. Visit the St. John’s Co-Cathedral, a baroque masterpiece that houses the world-renowned Caravaggio painting – “The Beheading of Saint John.” Continue to Grandmaster’s Palace and Republic Street for some shopping and local exploration. Day 03 : Mdina & Rabat – The Silent City

This morning, drive to Mdina, Malta’s ancient walled city often called the “Silent City.” Wander through its medieval alleys and visit St. Paul’s Cathedral. From the Mdina Bastions, take in commanding views of the island. Proceed to Rabat, where you can visit the St. Paul’s Catacombs, a fascinating network of underground Roman burial chambers. Day 04 : The Three Cities & Maritime Heritage

Post breakfast, set out to discover Vittoriosa (Birgu), Senglea, and Cospicua, collectively known as the Three Cities. These historic fortified towns pre-date Valletta and are rich in maritime and military history. Explore Fort St. Angelo, stroll along the waterfront marina, and visit the Malta Maritime Museum. You can opt for a traditional dg?ajsa (Maltese boat) ride across the Grand Harbour for a scenic view of Valletta’s skyline. Return to St Julian’s for your final evening on the mainland. Day 05 : St Julian’s to Gozo – Ferry Across to Serenity

Check out after breakfast and proceed north to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal, where you’ll board a short ferry to Gozo, Malta’s greener and quieter sister island. On arrival, transfer to your Gozo accommodation. Start your Gozo experience with a relaxed visit to Xlendi Bay or Marsalforn Bay, both offering tranquil seafront views and excellent seafood dining. Day 06 : Gozo Island Highlights – Nature & Heritage

Continue to the Ta’ Pinu Basilica, a stunning national shrine nestled in the countryside. Day 07 : Discover the Peculiar History of Fungus Rock & Ancient Xwejni Salt Pans

Today, venture to the breathtaking coastal area of Dwejra Bay, where you’ll encounter the legendary Fungus Rock – once prized by the Knights of St. John for its supposed healing properties. Learn about its unique history while enjoying views of the Inland Sea. Continue your journey along Gozo’s north coast to the Xwejni Salt Pans, still harvested by hand since Roman times. Here, you can interact with local salt collectors and buy authentic Gozitan sea salt. Spend your afternoon at leisure or enjoy a short hike along the rugged coastal trails. Overnight stay in Gozo.

Day 08 : Gozo to Valletta – Farewell to the Islands

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the Gozo ferry terminal. Cross back to Malta’s main island and head to Valletta, where your tour concludes. Depending on your departure time, you may have the opportunity for last-minute shopping or a quick stroll through Valletta’s charming streets. Proceed to the airport for your onward flight, carrying unforgettable memories of Malta’s rich culture, heritage, and natural beauty.
