Day 01 : Arrival & Vilnius Old Town Discovery
Welcome to Lithuania! Upon arrival at Vilnius International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and a short rest, step out to explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Vilnius, one of the most beautifully preserved in Eastern Europe. Walk through Cathedral Square, marvel at the Gediminas Tower with panoramic views of the city, and stroll down Pilies Street, filled with charming cafés and souvenir shops. Discover architectural gems like St. Anne’s Church and the Presidential Palace. End the day with a welcome dinner at a traditional Lithuanian restaurant. Overnight in Vilnius.
Day 02 : Cultural Walk & Užupis Bohemian Charm
After breakfast, continue exploring Vilnius with a guided cultural walk. Visit the National Museum of Lithuania to understand the rich history and resilience of the Lithuanian people. Then head to Užupis, the city’s bohemian heart—an artistic republic known for its quirky spirit and riverside cafés. See the Angel of Užupis, explore street art, and read its whimsical “Constitution” displayed in multiple languages. Later, walk along the Bernardine Garden or take a peaceful break at the banks of the Vilnia River. Enjoy your evening at leisure or explore Vilnius’s lively nightlife. Overnight in Vilnius.
Day 03 : Trakai & Kernav Heritage
After breakfast, take a scenic drive to the fairy-tale town of Trakai, home to the iconic Trakai Island Castle, surrounded by the serene waters of Lake Galv?. Explore the Gothic-style castle and learn about the Karaim ethnic community that has lived here for centuries. Later, proceed to Kernav?, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the first capital of Lithuania. Discover its prehistoric mounds, ancient hillforts, and archaeological sites that offer a deep dive into Lithuania’s earliest civilizations. Return to Vilnius in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 04 : Kaunas & Ninth Fort
Today, depart for Kaunas, Lithuania’s second-largest city and former interwar capital. Upon arrival, visit the Kaunas Castle, standing at the confluence of the Nemunas and Neris rivers. Stroll along Laisv?s Al?ja (Liberty Avenue), a bustling pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. Visit the powerful Ninth Fort Museum, which tells the story of Nazi and Soviet atrocities and Lithuania’s enduring fight for freedom. In the evening, enjoy a walk through Kaunas Old Town and admire its unique blend of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture. Overnight in Kaunas.
Day 05 : Panemun Castles & Šilut
Leave Kaunas in the morning and embark on a scenic drive along the Nemunas River, stopping at a series of picturesque castles known as the Panemun Castle Route. The most famous of these is Panemun Castle, surrounded by forests and rivers, offering wonderful photo opportunities. Continue your journey through small countryside villages before arriving in Šilut, a peaceful town near the coast, rich in Prussian heritage. Enjoy a relaxing evening in a local guesthouse or historic manor. Overnight in Šilut.
Day 06 : Nida & Curonian Spit Exploration
Today, travel to Klaipda and board a ferry to the UNESCO-listed Curonian Spit National Park, one of Lithuania’s most spectacular natural wonders. Upon arrival in Nida, explore the Parnidis Dune, offering sweeping views of the Baltic Sea and lagoon. Visit the Thomas Mann Museum, the summer home of the Nobel Prize-winning author, and see the colorful fishermen's cottages. Explore the Amber Gallery and take a leisurely walk through pine forests or along the beach. Return to Klaipda or overnight in Nida.
Day 07 : Klaipda & Palanga Finale
Begin the day exploring Klaipda, Lithuania’s oldest city and a melting pot of German and Lithuanian cultures. Discover the Old Town with its half-timbered buildings and quirky sculptures like the Magic Mouse and Ann from Tharau. Visit Klaipda Castle before heading to the resort town of Palanga. Here, visit the stunning Amber Museum housed in the Tyszkiewicz Palace, stroll through Birut? Park, and relax on the sandy Palanga Beach. Enjoy a farewell dinner by the sea. Overnight in Palanga or return to Vilnius.
Day 08 : Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Vilnius or Palanga Airport for your onward journey. Carry with you the unforgettable memories of Lithuania’s rich culture, serene nature, and heartfelt hospitality.
