Day 1 : Luang Prabang Arrival

Upon arrival in Vientiane Airport, met & greeted by 99destinations Travel Tour Guide and transfer to the hotel (Time of checking in is at 14h00). Take a half day Vientiane City Tour including: That Luang Stupa, a gleaming golden stupa - the national monument, Wat Phra Keo, the former royal temple; Wat SiSaket, famous for its cloister wall housing thousands of tiny Buddha images and rows with hundreds of seated Buddhas; Patuxay, a war monument dedicated to those who fought for the independence from France. Overnight in Vientiane.

Day 2 : Vientiane - Luang Prabang By Flight(Excluded Airfare)

Transfer to the Vientiane Airport for domestic flight to Luang Prabang. Arrive at Luang Prabang Domestic Airport, met & greeted by 99destinations Travel Tour Guide and transfer to the hotel (Time of checking in is at 14h00). We enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city™s oldest temple of impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai, Wat Sensoukarahm and the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong. Then, climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as viewing a beautiful panorama sunset over this once royal ancient city and the Mekong River. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 3 : Luang Prabang Pak Ou Cave Ban Phanom

Visit the National Museum (former Royal Palace), a modest but graceful building which combines traditional Lao and French beaux-arts motifs. Then, board a boat embarking upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves. Along the way, Our stop will be at Ban Muangkeo for tasting Lao traditional rice whisky and also take away. On return, we overland local villagesat Ban Xiengmene and Ban Chan continue seeing the royal temple at Wat Longkhoun, which once belongs to royal family patronage and near by Sackarine Caves. We cross to city and take a short drive to Ban Phanom, well known for its hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 4 : Luang Prabang Departure

Early this morning you may want to wake up early and participate in the daily early morning ritual of saffron-clad monks with their black Alms-giving bowls being given offerings from the local people, including the ubiquitous sticky rice. This is the highlight of tour prior goodbye to this charming city. Then, we travel by road to Kuang Si Waterfall with a stop to visit a fresh produced market namely Talad Phosy, Ban Na Oune and Ban Tha Pane. Free at leisure until transferring to Luang Prabang Airport for your departure.
