Imperial Palace Plaza (10 min)
Admire the view at this National Garden that was formerly a private garden of the Royal Family. Enjoy theview of Nijubashi Bridge, which is said to be the face of the Imperial Palace, as well as the view of theImperial Palace itself.

Ginza (drive-by)
From the window get a look at Ginza, where rows of luxury brand shops, and recently fast fashion retailers,Linethe streets.

Senso-ji Temple &Nakamise Shopping Street (45 min)
Senso-ji, Tokyos oldest temple, offers plenty to see including the bright red Kaminarimon Gate, a statue ofThegod of thunder, and a five-story pagoda. The bustling street known as "Nakamise" stretches for about 250mfrom Kaminarimon Gate to Senso-ji Temple and is filled with a plethora of shops.

Asakusa
Boat Cruise Sumida River Cruise (40 min)
Cruise around modern day Tokyo and experience the atmosphere of Edo.

Sumida River Cruise may be unavailable without prior notice due to river conditions. Changes in the itinerarywillbe provided by the guide.As the schedule of Sumida River Cruise will be altered during cherry blossom season (expected period: mid-March early April), arrival time may be delayed.

Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal (120 min)
Depart from Hamamatsucho and head to Mt. Fuji by bus. (Chuo Expressway or Tomei Expressway)

Mt. Fuji 5th Station (30 min)
The bus will head up to the 5th Station along the Subaru Line. The 5th Station is situated at 2,300 meters(7,546ft) above sea level. At this height, participants will be amazed at spectacular, breathtaking views fromabove the clouds. Lunch is not included in the tour.

Lake Ashi Cruise (15 min)
This crater lake along the southwest wall of the caldera of Mt. Hakone was formed by a powerful
Volcaniceruption nearly 3,000 years ago and provides postcard views of Mt. Fuji towering 30 km northwest.Admire thesuperb view of Mt. Fuji from aboard a ship.

Mt. Komagatake Ropeway (50 min)
Take a 7-minute ropeway ride to the peak of Mt. Komagatake. A total of 50 minutes will be spent here,
including time to walk around at the peak. Take a cableway ride up to the spiritual Hakone Shrine Mototsumiya (Original shrine) that nestles at the mountaintop.

Hakone
Depart Hakone and return to Tokyo by bus.
The bus may make stops at hotels in the Hakone area and Odawara Station.

Shin-sekai Area (80 min)
Enjoy Osakas local food, kushikatsu, at the part of Osaka known as Shin-sekai. Vegetarian and gluten-freemenus are not available. Thank you for your understanding. Take the tramcar from Ebisu-cho Station toSumiyoshi Torii-mae Station (20 min) Explore the nostalgic atmosphere of the town on a tramcar.Please note that seating in the tramcar is not guaranteed.

Visit Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine (40 min)
People in Osaka flock to Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine for their first shrine visit for the year. The shrine has
over1,800 years of history. Its main hall is a national treasure.

Day 6 : 1-Day Kyoto & Nara Tour

Nijo Castle (50 min)
A World Heritage site. Tour the historical castle completed in 1626, which was built to provide lodging
for Tokugawa Shogun and as a palladium for Kyoto Imperial Palace. The impressive, elaborate carvingsand decors in the Ninomaru Palace are a must-see.Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December (Closed on the following day ifTuesday is a holiday.) If the castle is closed, or if the tour is during the year-end/New Years holidays,Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead.

Kinkaku-ji Temple (45 min)
A World Heritage site. The wooden architecture is covered in thin layers of pure gold and is surroundedby beautiful pond.

[Except Mondays] Kyoto Imperial Palace (40 min)
See the Kyoto Imperial Palace, which was used as the Emperors residence until about 150 years ago.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed. On these days, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead.
(Mondays, Tuesday if Monday is a national holiday, May 14-17 for the Aoi Festival, New Years holidays,and whenever there is an Imperial Household event).

Kitano Tenmangu Shrine (40 min)
On Mondays (and Tuesdays if a national holiday falls on the preceding Monday), this tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead of the Kyoto Imperial Palace. It is famous for housing the God of scholarship.This shrines main hall is a designated national treasure. The shrine is especially great to see during theplum blossom and autumn leaf seasons.
The tour will visit Nishi Hongan-ji Temple instead of Kitano Tenmangu Shrine on September 25 and
December25.
