Shri Krishna Charitra Yatra - 12 Days

Day 01 : Delhi – Karnal (Approx. 130 km / 3 hrs)

Upon arrival in Delhi, meet your tour representative and begin your journey toward Karnal, a historic town in Haryana known for its Mughal-era structures and green landscapes. En route, enjoy views of the lush fields of North India. After check-in at the hotel in Karnal, you may visit Karna Lake, associated with the Mahabharata warrior Karna, or relax at your hotel.

Day 02 : Karnal – Kurukshetra – Mathura (Approx. 275 km / 6 hrs)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Kurukshetra, the sacred battlefield of the Mahabharata. Visit Brahma Sarovar, Jyotisar (where Lord Krishna delivered the Bhagavad Gita), and the Krishna Museum. Later, proceed to Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax for the evening. Overnight stay in Mathura.

Day 03 : Excursion to Vrindavan – Gokul – Barsana (Approx. 150 km round trip / 5-6 hrs)

After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, set out for a full-day Braj Bhoomi Yatra. Begin with Vrindavan, where you will visit the Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Temple, and Prem Mandir. Continue to Gokul, where Lord Krishna spent his early years, and visit Raman Reti and Chaurasi Khamba. Drive to Nandgaon, the village of Nanda Maharaj (Krishna’s foster father), and then to Barsana, the birthplace of Radha Rani, where you can explore Radha Rani Temple and Lathmar Holi site. Return to Mathura for overnight stay.

Day 04 : Mathura Sightseeing

Enjoy a spiritual morning with breakfast at the hotel, then explore the holy city of Mathura. Visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, Dwarkadhish Temple, Vishram Ghat, and Govardhan Hill (if time permits). In the evening, attend the Yamuna Aarti at Vishram Ghat – a serene and spiritual experience by the riverside. Overnight stay in Mathura.

Day 05 : Mathura – Pushkar (Approx. 365 km / 6.5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards the spiritual town of Pushkar in Rajasthan, one of the oldest living cities in India. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the sacred Pushkar Lake and Brahma Temple, the only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma. Stroll through the colorful local market. Overnight stay in Pushkar.

Day 06 : Pushkar – Chittorgarh – Udaipur (Approx. 300 km / 6.5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey to Udaipur, with an en route stop at the majestic Chittorgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore Vijay Stambh (Victory Tower), Rani Padmini Palace, and Meera Temple, immersing yourself in the tales of valor and sacrifice. Later, continue to Udaipur, the City of Lakes. Check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 07 : Udaipur – Nathdwara – Udaipur (Approx. 90 km round trip / 2 hrs)

After breakfast, visit Nathdwara, home to the famous Shrinathji Temple, a revered pilgrimage site for Vaishnavites. En route, you may also stop at the Eklingji Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Return to Udaipur and explore major attractions like City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari, and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola with views of Jag Mandir and Lake Palace. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 08 : Udaipur – Ahmedabad (Approx. 260 km / 5.5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Ahmedabad, Gujarat’s largest city and a UNESCO World Heritage City. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit Sabarmati Ashram, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, or take a stroll along the Sabarmati Riverfront. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.

Day 09 : Ahmedabad – Dwarka (Approx. 440 km / 8 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Dwarka, one of the Char Dham and Sapta Puri pilgrimage sites. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the revered Dwarkadhish Temple and attend the evening aarti, a spiritually uplifting experience. Overnight stay in Dwarka.

Day 10 : Dwarka – Bet Dwarka – Dwarka (Approx. 70 km round trip / 2.5 hrs)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then proceed for a day tour to Bet Dwarka, believed to be Lord Krishna’s original residence. En route, visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, Gopi Talav, and Rukmini Devi Temple. Take a short boat ride to Bet Dwarka and visit the ancient Krishna temple. Return to Dwarka for overnight stay.

Day 11 : Dwarka – Somnath (Approx. 235 km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Somnath, with an optional stop at Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Visit Kirti Mandir and Sudama Temple, then continue to Somnath. On arrival, check in and visit the Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Attend the sound and light show in the evening (subject to availability). Overnight stay in Somnath.

Day 12 : Somnath – Rajkot Departure (Approx. 200 km / 4.5 hrs)

After your final breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Rajkot for your departure. On the way, you may stop at Junagadh or Virpur (Jalaram Temple) if time permits. You will be dropped at Rajkot Airport or Railway Station, marking the end of a spiritually fulfilling and culturally enriching tour.
