Coastal Escape of Gujarat - 9 Days

Day 01 : Ahmedabad - Nishkalank Mahadev - Bhavnagar

On arrival at Ahmedabad Airport / Rly Station, meet our representative and then head towards Nishkalank Mahadev, a famous temple situated on the banks of the Arabian Sea, approximately 4 hours (around 170 km) from Ahmedabad. The temple is known for its stunning location and peaceful ambiance.Explore the Nishkalank Mahadev Temple, which has a historical and spiritual significance, situated on a hill near the sea. It’s a serene spot where you can enjoy the natural surroundings.After the visit, proceed towards Bhavnagar, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive (about 50 km). Check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02 : Bhavnagar Sightseeing

After morning breakfast, head to the Takhteshwar Temple, located on a hilltop with panoramic views of Bhavnagar and the surrounding region.Later visit Nilambag Palace, a heritage hotel that once belonged to the royal family of Bhavnagar.Next, head to Victoria Park, a large public park perfect for a relaxing afternoon. It’s also home to a variety of flora and fauna, so it’s a good spot for nature lovers and photographers. You can also spot different species of birds here.visit Khodiyar Mandir, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Khodiyar, who is worshipped by the local communities.Later return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03 : Bhavnagar - Mahuva - Diu

After breakfast ,After breakfast, depart for Mahuva (approx. 90 km / 2 hours), a coastal town known for its beaches and tranquil environment.On arrival visit Maa Bhavani Temple.Then relax at Mahuva Beach, known for its quiet surroundings and clear waters. It’s perfect for a short beach stop before heading to Diu.Continue your drive towards Diu, a coastal paradise located around 2.5-3 hours (around 150 km) from Mahuva. On arrival check in to the hotel and relax. In the evening, you can visit Nagoa Beach or simply relax at your hotel.Stay overnight in Diu.

Day 04 : Diu - Somnath

Have breakfast at the hotel. Then Start your day by visiting the Diu Fort, a 16th-century Portuguese-built fort, offering stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Explore the fort's history and scenic beauty.Visit St. Paul’s Church, which is known for its baroque architecture and tranquil ambiance.Then depart for Somnath (approximately 2.5-3 hours, 90 km). On arrival check in to the hotel and relax.If time permits, attend the evening aarti at Somnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05 : Somnath Sightseeing

After breakfast, Visit the iconic Somnath Temple, which is a must-see for its spiritual and historical significance. Explore the temple and the surrounding architecture.Visit Bhalka Tirth, the place where Lord Krishna is said to have been struck by an arrow.Visit the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of three rivers—Hiran, Kapila, and the ocean—where you can take a peaceful walk and enjoy the scenic beauty.Spend some time relaxing at Somnath Beach.Witness a beautiful sunset at Somnath Beach. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06 : Somnath - Porbandar - Dwarka

After breakfast, Depart for Porbandar (approx. 2-3 hours, 130 km). Porbandar is the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, and you can visit the Kirti Mandir, the place where he was born.Explore Kirti Mandir, a place dedicated to the life and legacy of Mahatma Gandhi.After visiting Porbandar, continue your journey to Dwarka (approximately 2 hours, 100 km), one of the holiest cities in India, associated with Lord Krishna.Check-in at your hotel in Dwarka and relax.Overnight at hotel.

Day 07 : Dwarka Sightseeing

After breakfast, Start your day by visiting the famous Dwarkadhish Temple, a major pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Krishna. Explore the temple and its magnificent architecture.Visit the Rukmini Devi Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna’s consort, Rukmini.Visit the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva.Spend the evening at Dwarka Beach, enjoying the peaceful sunset.Overnigt stay at hotel.

Day 08 : Dwarka - Jamnagar

After breakfast, Depart for Jamnagar (approximately 4 hours, 130 km), a city famous for its historical landmarks and wildlife sanctuaries.Explore Lakhota Lake and the Lakhota Fort, a historic site located by the lake.Visit the Bala Hanuman Temple, known for its continuous chanting of Lord Rama’s name, which has earned a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. Day 09 : Jamnagar - Ahmedabad

After breakfast, drive back to Ahmedabad (approximately 6 hours, 300 km).Arrive in Ahmedabad and drop at the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
