Day 01 : Arrival at Ahmedabad – The Gateway to Gujarat's Heritage

Upon your arrival at Ahmedabad Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour representative. Ahmedabad, the first UNESCO World Heritage City of India, offers a captivating blend of modern urban culture and deep-rooted traditions. After a comfortable transfer (approx. 10–15 km from the airport to the city centre), check in to your hotel and take some time to relax. Later in the afternoon, proceed for a serene visit to Sabarmati Ashram, situated about 5 km from the city centre. This peaceful ashram on the banks of the Sabarmati River was once the home of Mahatma Gandhi and played a pivotal role in India’s freedom movement. Post this, visit the architectural gem Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, famous for its intricate stone latticework windows (Jali), a symbolic motif of the city. End the day with a calm stroll along the Sabarmati Riverfront, enjoying the sunset views and the gentle breeze. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02 : Ahmedabad Local Sightseeing – Culture, Craft & Cuisine

After breakfast at the hotel, set out for a full day of exploring Ahmedabad’s most iconic attractions. Begin with a visit to the grand Jama Masjid (approx. 3 km from the city centre), an impressive 15th-century mosque known for its Indo-Islamic architecture. From there, drive approximately 18 km (45 minutes) to the beautifully preserved Adalaj Stepwell, a 5-story deep marvel of sandstone carved with intricate motifs and balconies — a must-see for architecture enthusiasts. Return to the city and head to the Calico Museum of Textiles (entry by prior booking only), regarded as one of the finest textile museums in the world. Alternatively, visit the Shreyas Folk Museum, which offers insights into Gujarat’s rich tribal and folk heritage. Later, proceed to the Auto World Vintage Car Museum (approx. 20 km from the city), which houses a world-class collection of rare vintage and classic cars, including Bentleys, Rolls Royces, and even horse carriages. In the evening, head to Kankaria Lake (about 8 km from city centre) — a lively spot with a toy train, zoo, musical fountain, tethered balloon ride, and more, ideal for both families and leisure travellers. You may also opt for a visit to Manek Chowk Night Market, a food lover’s paradise offering delicious local street food such as pav bhaji, dosa, kulfi, and more. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03 : Departure from Ahmedabad – Farewell with Memories

After a relaxed breakfast, check out from the hotel. If time permits before your departure, you may explore Law Garden Market (3 km from city centre) for colourful handicrafts and traditional Gujarati wear, or visit Vastrapur Lake (approx. 6 km away) for a quick walk and last-minute photo memories. Later, you will be transferred to Ahmedabad Airport or Railway Station (approx. 10–15 km) for your onward journey.
